Political Forecasts is reader-supported. When you sign up for Polymarket or Kalshi through our referral links, we may earn a share of the platform's trading fees for up to 180 days.

This does not change what you pay, and it does not influence our coverage. We track both platforms with the same editorial standards regardless of which one you use. On many pages we surface both — Kalshi first for US visitors (it's CFTC-regulated and legal in all 50 states), Polymarket first for non-US visitors (broader global markets).

What we never do

• Recommend specific bets or predict outcomes
• Accept paid positioning in race analysis
• Sell sponsored candidate content
• Pre-fill affiliate URLs without a visible disclosure
